Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule

  • 60 ml / 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 120 ml / 4 oz spritzed apple juice
  • 2 ginger beers
  • ice cubes
  • cranberries
  • 1 lime (in slices)

For the preparation of the Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule, two tumblers must be first filled with ice. Then vodka and cranberry juice are poured into the tumblers. The glasses are then filled with apple spritzer and ginger beer and the cocktail is well mixed. To finish off, you can garnish your creation with cranberries and lime slices - and the winter cocktail is ready to serve.

Gingerbread Eggnog

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 350 ml /11.8 oz whipped cream
  • 125 g / 1/2 cup sugar
  • 250 ml / 8.5 oz rum (alternatively brandy or whisky)
  • 2 tsp. gingerbread spice
  • A little vanilla sugar
  • Cream for the topping

For the gingerbread eggnog, the eggs must first be separated and the yolks placed in a heat-resistant bowl. Then the sugar is added to the egg yolks and the mixture is beaten until foamy. Continue stirring over a boiling water bath and stir in the cream. A teaspoon of gingerbread spice can be added as soon as the mixture has reached a fine, creamy consistency. Then immediately take the pot off the stove and stir in the alcohol. Finally let the Eggnog cool down and decant into bottles. Add vanilla sugar before serving and as a crowning finish decorate the winter cocktail with a cream topping and sprinkle with gingerbread spice. Santé!
